Browsing events and experiences

Experiences are curated multi-day or single-day trips (hikes, safaris, coastal escapes) run directly by Tanga Tanga Club or by an approved partner Host. Events are single-occasion gatherings — parties, pop-ups, markets, game nights. Browse both from the main navigation, or see everything on one calendar from the homepage.

Booking

Every listing lets you either Reserve (hold your spot without paying, pay anytime before it closes) orPay Now (secure checkout via Paystack — card, M-Pesa, or bank transfer). Free listings just need a single confirmation, no payment step. A listing automatically stops accepting bookings once it's full or past its cutoff date — no need to check back manually.

Past events and reactivations

Once an event or experience's date has passed, its card is still visible in listings — dimmed and marked Past — and its page stays viewable for reference, but booking is closed. If the host runs it again later, that's a fresh listing (a "reactivation") with its own date and its own booking count; the original page will show how many times it's been run in total via a "Ran N×" badge.

Finding a host's other listings

Click any "Hosted by" name on an event, experience, or card to see everything else that host has run — upcoming listings first, past ones after.

Membership tiers

Signing up (free) makes you an Explorer. As you book and participate you can move up to Adventurer and Pioneer tiers, which unlock priority access to limited-capacity trips and member pricing on select listings.
